As any mobile application, we store the data we collect and you provide to offer the best service. To securely store and manage the data collected through the App, including personal information and user-generated content, data is stored in Amazon Web Services (AWS) in servers located in the European Union. Please note that while the data primarily resides in the EU region, certain data processing activities or backups may involve the transfer of your personal data to other AWS regions or facilities. However, such transfers are conducted in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

We retain the data stored in Amazon S3 only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, in accordance with our data retention policies and applicable legal requirements.

Metadata
Certain service providers may store your metadata to provide their services reliably and with high performance. Some examples are Auth0 and Amazon Web Services. Information and Data Removal Requests
If you want, you can request the information we store and also ask us to delete all data. For this, we request that you send an email to explore@appviibe.com with the following email subjects:

GDPR - Delete
This way, in a few days we will remove all data stored about you.

This way you will receive the data we have stored about you in a few days.

GDPR - Opt-out
This way you will be excluded from every marketing communication regarding the App, but not from essential communication.
In the body of the email we ask you to send a photo of a document so that we can validate your identity. This gives our users more security, preventing unknown people from obtaining information that does not belong to them. These files will be deleted as soon as we process your order.
If the registered email is different from the email from which you sent the request, we ask that you also send the email or phone number that was registered on our website so that we can search for the correct data.
For marketing opt-out, the user identification is not required. Just please make sure you send us the email or phone number registered in the account in case it is different than the one you sent the request.
Changes to the Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to change these privacy policies at any time, so we encourage you to consult them frequently. The changes take effect immediately after publication, but you will be notified of the changes by email if this occurs.
